A Haitian woman charged with illegal entry will learn her fate when she returns to the St Catherine Parish Court on December 1 after her case was postponed pending further input from immigration authorities.
The accused, Sophonie Guersaint-Gordon, who recently got married while on bail, appeared before Acting Senior Parish Court Judge Janelle Nelson-Gayle on Friday.
Attorney-at-law Dr Marcus Goffe informed the court that his client’s status had changed.
