KINGSTON, Jamaica—The revolving door for local football coaches continues as veteran Anthony Patrick was appointed head coach of Spanish Town Police FC just days after being sacked by Racing United.
Patrick had been at the helm of Racing United since 2017 and guided them from the St Catherine Division Two to the highest league in the country – the Jamaica Premier League.
After just two years in top-flight football, Patrick had led Racing United to a top-six spot and into the playoffs, where they were eliminated by eventual champion Portmore United.
