Thou­sands of mas­quer­aders flood­ed the Claude Noel High­way on Sun­day as the Pa­rade of the Bands took full con­trol of To­ba­go Car­ni­val, de­liv­er­ing a high-en­er­gy street ex­pe­ri­ence that moved with lit­tle de­lay and en­joyed strong crowd sup­port from start to fin­ish.
