Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago – On Saturday 11th April 2026, young women and girls across Trinidad and Tobago participated in the “Tech4Girls: Make AI Work for You” workshop, hosted by the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT) in observance of International Girls in ICT Day.

Delivered both online and at AI Centres nationwide, the initiative equipped participants with practical skills to use artificial intelligence to strengthen their voices and pursue new career opportunities.

The training coincided with the global mission of International Girls in ICT Day, aimed at empowering girls and young women to pursue studies and careers in the field of information and communication technologies, equipping them with the skills and confidence to lead in the digital world.
