Min­is­ter of Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty Roger Alexan­der met on Tues­day with rep­re­sen­ta­tives from US-based se­cu­ri­ty firm Guide­post So­lu­tions to ex­plore op­por­tu­ni­ties for strength­en­ing Trinidad and To­ba­go’s pro­tec­tive ser­vices.

Speak­ing with Guardian Me­dia af­ter the meet­ing at his Tem­ple Court of­fice in Port of Spain, Alexan­der said the fo­cus was on im­prov­ing co­or­di­na­tion across the coun­try’s law en­force­ment arms and up­grad­ing the state’s dig­i­tal se­cu­ri­ty re­sponse.
