A High Court order has barred goat grazing at Hardial Park in Macoya, resolving a nearly decade long dispute that the Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation (TPRC) said had hindered the park’s intended use for organised sports and recreation.
The Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation (TPRC) secured a legal victory, with the court restraining a resident and his agents from allowing livestock to graze on the park's grounds.
Justice Westmin James ordered the grazing to stop immediately.
