The Office the Director of Public Prosecutions has ruled that police constable Andrew Wilson should be charged with murder in connection with the killing of 45-year-old Lotoya 'Buju' Bulgin in Granville, St James last month.
The ruling was made on Friday, May 29.
The incident sparked public outrage and fiery demonstrations, and intensified calls for the urgent roll out of body-worn cameras in high-risk police operations.
