A few Muslims from Trinidad and Tobago have taken the deliberate preparation process and have already left for the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, one of the five pillars of Islam.
TTT news caught up with one group as they departed for Saudi Arabia. The organizers and pilgrims say the journey requires months of spiritual, physical and financial preparation, with rising costs and travel challenges adding to the process.
