The Saint Lucia Football Association on Tuesday confirmed the resignation of Stern John as head coach of the Saint Lucia Senior Men’s National Football Team, ending his tenure of three and a half years.
In a statement, John described the decision as difficult but expressed deep gratitude to the players, staff, administrators and supporters who embraced him during his time on the island.
John, who took over as Saint Lucia coach in May 2022 and left with a record of 12 wins, ten losses and three draws, has pledged to assist with an orderly transition.
