WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — The energy at the People’s National Party (PNP) 88th Annual Conference is reaching a fever pitch as patrons continue to stream into the venue.
The earlier downpour has eased, giving way to an ever-thickening crowd eager for the evening’s main event.
​At 5:20 pm, the venue erupted in excitement as the party leader made his grand entrance, greeted by a vibrant sea of orange waving banners and cheering wildly.
