Senior police officers confirmed the arrests took place around 1.45 pm yesterday during an intelligence-led operation in the Signal Hill area. The men, ages 38 and 42, were placed in custody and have been assisting police with enquiries. Charges are expected soon.
Walker, a salesman, was killed around 2.30 am on Tuesday. Police said he was driving a silver Axio along Highland Road when another vehicle pulled in front of his car, forcing him to stop. He raised an alarm, jumped out of the car, and ran into nearby bushes. Gunshots rang out moments later.
