In observance of International Workers’ Day on May 1, members of labour unions from across the country are expected to take to the streets of San Fernando in a show of solidarity with workers worldwide.
Labour Relations Specialist Trevor Johnson said the current government administration has been making concerted efforts to honour its commitments to the local labour market.
