Jamaica Observer Limited is advising the public of an unauthorised and deceptive website that is unlawfully using our name, logo, and other brand elements to imitate our official platform and mislead individuals.
We are aware that a fabricated article is being circulated on social media claiming to originate from the Jamaica Observer.
The article references former Cabinet minister Lisa Hanna and a purported investment platform, and it improperly uses the image and likeness of the public figure, purporting to create the appearance of an endorsement or affiliation with the platform described in the article. No such article was published by the Jamaica Observer, and no such association exists.
