KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man accused of assaulting his father-in-law has been referred to restorative justice following his appearance in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday.
Damoun Lewis is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.
When the matter was called up in court, presiding Judge Peter Wilson expressed concern over the allegations, telling Lewis that he could not disrespect his father-in-law.
