Olympic Court woman dies in suspected suicide with dad’s gun

KINGSTON, Jamaica — A woman is suspected to have committed suicide using her father’s licensed firearm at their home in Olympic Court, Kingston 11, on Tuesday morning.
She has been identified as 34-year-old Orlease Weir, who police said is a graphic designer.
Reports reaching Observer Online indicate that around 6:30 am, her father woke up and went to the bathroom. While there, she reportedly gained access to his firearm.
