Unicomer (Trinidad) Limited recently partnered with United Way to improve the physical and learning environment at Success Laventille Secondary School.
As part of the broader Day of Caring initiative, the company has contributed computers, fans, plants, and a school crest with employees and partners volunteering to install these items.
The United Way Day of Caring initiative is a signature volunteer employee engagement event. It allows corporate partners to engage their employees to give their time and energy to selected projects. The range of projects can include improving schools and NGO buildings, beach clean-ups, gardening and delivering care packages to elderly homes.
