ToÂbaÂgo's acÂciÂdent surÂvivor, Thomas Orr, says the car that hit him came with such force, it spun his veÂhiÂcle, broke a guardrail, and sent him and his wife, MarÂjorie HarÂry Orr, plungÂing inÂto the RichÂmond RivÂer. She didn’t make it. He did, with bareÂly a scratch.
