The WaÂter and SewÂerÂage AuÂthorÂiÂty (WASA) has won an apÂpeal over its right to acÂcess a $2.5 milÂlion perÂforÂmance bond reÂlatÂed to a terÂmiÂnatÂed conÂtract for a maÂjor sewÂer project in San FerÂnanÂdo.
In a judgÂment this week, ApÂpelÂlate Judges MiÂra Dean-ArÂmorÂer, Maria WilÂson and CarÂol GobÂin disÂmissed Bankers InÂsurÂance ComÂpaÂny Ltd's apÂpeal over a judge's deÂciÂsion to upÂhold WASA's claim to the bond.
