A post-mortem examination has determined that Golconda mother Stacy Samaroo, whose body was discovered floating in a bay in Tobago with a rope around her neck, died by drowning, with strangulation identified as a contributing factor.
These were the findings as revealed by a senior police officer following the autopsy conducted on Tuesday.
The body was identified by Samaroo’s father and sister, who travelled to Tobago to witness the post-mortem examination.
