Twenty-one people were arrested and quantities of cash and alcohol were seized during an anti-crime exercise conducted in the D’Abadie district early Sunday morning.
According to a police release, the joint intelligence-led operation was conducted between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on May 17 by officers of the Inter-Agency Task Force, and the Maloney Police Station.
During the exercise, officers proceeded to a business place in the D’Abadie district where a search was conducted. During the search, officers found a room hidden behind a wall.
