The Per­ma­nent Sec­re­tary in the Min­istry of Trade, In­vest­ment and Tourism, and her fam­i­ly, were robbed by four sus­pects dur­ing a home in­va­sion on Thurs­day.

The 52-year-old woman ar­rived at their Cas­cade home around 7.15 pm on No­vem­ber 20 and pulled in­to the dri­ve­way when a 73-year-old male rel­a­tive and a 12-year-old child emerged from the house to help with of­fload­ing gro­ceries.

Re­ports in­di­cate the three were ac­cost­ed by four masked men, two of whom were armed with a knife and a gun, re­spec­tive­ly.
