âThe White Dress Projectâ to honour Lupita Nyongâo and other changemakers

ATLANTA, United States â Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyongâo will be recognised as the 2026 Voice for Change Honoree during The White Dress Projectâs annual Blossom Awards celebration.
The national non-profit which is dedicated to fibroid awareness, education, advocacy, and research, will host the celebration during the Empowerment Experience, taking place July 24â26 in Atlanta as part of Fibroid Awareness Month.
In a statement, the organisation said Nyongâo has used her platform to raise awareness of uterine fibroids and encourage more open conversations about womenâs health.
