Barbadian property owners are being encouraged to pay their land tax bills as early as possible to take advantage of discounts offered by the Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) for the 2026-2027 billing period.

The Authority has officially issued property valuation notices and land tax bills, both dated July 15, with taxpayers now able to access the documents online through the Authority’s Land Tax Portal. Physical bills are also expected to arrive by post in the coming days.

Senior manager of Headquarters Services, Carolyn Williams-Gayle, on Friday said BRA was continuing to modernise its services by providing secure digital options that allow property owners to manage their tax obligations from anywhere in the world.
