Still in shock over his bruÂtal murÂder, a relÂaÂtive of Amar Rooplal said she was first alertÂed through soÂcial meÂdia that a body with Amar tatÂtooed on the finÂgers had been found in Ste Madeleine.
The tatÂtoo, as well as an earÂring in the shape of an A, on the body, promptÂed her visÂit to the San FerÂnanÂdo PoÂlice StaÂtion on TuesÂday evening where her worst fears were conÂfirmed.
On TuesÂday around 4.40 am seÂcuÂriÂty ofÂfiÂcers were on paÂtrol along Cedar Hill EsÂtate Road when they obÂserved a body, which was latÂer idenÂtiÂfied as Rooplal, on the ground with blood around him.
