A 47-year-old man is ex­pect­ed to ap­pear in court to­day to an­swer more than 50 charges of unau­tho­rised use of an ABM card, po­lice said.

Sources con­firmed the man, de­scribed as a close fam­i­ly friend of the mag­is­trate, lived at the mag­is­trate’s Ari­ma home, where he was paid to do main­te­nance work.

Po­lice said he al­leged­ly stole one of the mag­is­trate’s bank cards and used it sev­er­al times be­tween Oc­to­ber 2024 and April 2025 to with­draw more than $115,000.
