THE Finance Minister is yet to share any findings but Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday expressed concern over access to foreign exchange by the promoters of last weekend’s One Caribbean Music Festival.

The Prime Minister has questioned that the promoters were able to access foreign exchange and said the country “can’t get foreign exchange to buy medicine and you are getting all this ­money”.

Persad-Bissessar was speaking at the post-Cabinet news briefing at the Red House, Port of Spain.
