The diplomatic truce between Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela has drawn mixed reactions in Venezuela following Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar’s meeting with acting President Delcy Rodríguez on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York on Wednesday.
