“One examination does not determine your worth or your future.” That was the message from Opposition Leader Penelope Beckles to the thousands of students receiving their Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) results.
In a statement issued ahead of the release of the results last night, Beckles urged students not to allow their secondary school placement to define their future.
“I encourage every student to remember that the school you are placed in today does not determine your future success. Your character, commitment, resilience, and willingness to continue learning will shape the person you become. Believe in yourselves, work diligently, and never allow setbacks to define your potential,” she said.
