THE decomposing body of an unidentified man was found on the sea shore in Cumana, Toco, on September 5.

Police believe the victim could be one of the 11 people killed in US strike on a Venezuelan vessel allegedly carrying drugs bound for TT.

Initial reports indicated the body bore reddish marks resembling burns on the face, back, and chest, said to be "consistent with an explosion."
