As the new school term start­ed yes­ter­day, Na­tion­al Par­ent-Teacher As­so­ci­a­tion pres­i­dent Wal­ter Stew­art laud­ed the re­pairs and emer­gency works car­ried out at over 271 schools na­tion­wide un­der the Min­istry of Ed­u­ca­tion’s Va­ca­tion Re­pair Pro­gramme (VRP).
