Search for missing man ends with grim discovery

Members of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team (HSRT) yesterday found the body of a man in the Heights of Aripo, Arima.
Police suspect the body may be that of Mayfan Claircin, 25, of Eastern Quarry, Laventille, who has not been seen by relatives since Friday and has been reported missing. However, the Express has not been able to independently confirm this.
Police said that just after 4 p.m. members of the HSRT led by Shamsudeen Ayube were carrying out searches for Claircin after receiving information that he may be in the area.
