PUBLIC Services Association (PSA) president Felisha Thomas has accused Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) Dr Daryl Dindial of holding up the offer on the Government’s proposed 10% wage offer.
Thomas claimed that Dindial has diverted the union to another economic presentation instead of placing the new proposal on the table.
Her comments came during a Facebook Live broadcast on Tuesday night, telling public officers she believed the CPO’s office was behaving as though salary talks had only just begun, despite negotiations restarting more than two years ago.
