Richard Stoute Teen Talent Contest celebrates 50 years

The Richard Stoute Teen Talent Contest is celebrating a major milestone, with the 2026 finals marking 50 years of nurturing musical talent in Barbados.

A large crowd gathered at CARIFESTA House for the finals over the weekend, as the next generation of performers took centre stage.

Jakyah Graham and Malik Stuart emerged as this year’s champions.
