Children crossed their first major Carnival stage for the season at yesterday’s Red Cross Children’s Carnival (RCCC), held at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain, in a splendour of colour, creativity and revelry.
The Sunday Express spoke with chairman of the RCCC committee Randal Halfhide, who said this year recorded a higher number of participants than in previous seasons.
