Chief Justice Ronnie Boodoosingh has vowed to push for a more “efficient, high-performing Judiciary” as he warned that citizens are waiting too long for their matters to be heard and for decisions to be delivered.
Speaking at the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago’s annual dinner and awards on Friday at the Hilton Trinidad hotel in St Ann’s, Boodoosingh said improving timeliness in the courts would be one of his top priorities in the months ahead.
