The body of T&T Regiment soldier Lance Corporal Keith Pearson washed ashore at Maracas Bay this morning.

He drowned on Tuesday.

Police said between 8.30 a.m. and 9 a.m., the 40-year-old was last seen swimming in the popular bay, near the Uncle Sam’s bar, following which he was not seen again. It is suspected he may have drowned.
