Aspiring national footballer gunned down

A La Horquetta teen, who was aspiring to be a national footballer, was gunned down on Tuesday night, a short distance from his home.

Police reported that around 8.50 pm, Ezekiel Ramdialsingh 17, of Oscar Pyle Crescent, Phase Four, was liming with a group when gunmen opened fire on them, hitting Ramdialsingh once in the chest.

He was taken to the Arima Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
