Three sexual offence cases before the No. 5 Supreme Court have been dismissed after complainants indicated they no longer wished to proceed.
One complainant told the court that she wanted her case against Ahmal Gregory Elias, of Vetnor Land, Rockley, Christ Church, discontinued. He was accused of having sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl, and unlawfully removing the girl from Hart’s Gap without her consent on November 18, 2016.
“I do not want to go through with it,” the complainant, who is now 22, said.
