NFM postpones annual shareholders’ meeting

National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) has announced the postponement of its 52nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
In a notice signed by Corporate Secretary Dr Sati Jagmohan, the company said the decision was due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shareholders will be advised of the new date in a subsequent announcement.
