(Kaieteur News) – Two heavily tinted vehicles reportedly sparked a security scare Thursday evening after they were observed acting suspiciously near President Irfaan Ali’s private residence at Leonora, West Coast Demerara.
According to police, the vehicles were spotted at about 6:20 p.m. in the vicinity of the President’s residence, immediately raising concerns among security personnel.
The situation escalated when the occupants of the vehicles reportedly noticed the vigilance of Presidential Guards on duty and sped away from the area.
