A disturbing incident involving the grievous sexual assault of a minor with cerebral palsy was reported on Saturday night in the Penal.

The suspect, a 51-year-old, has been arrested.

At around 9:16 p.m. the victim's father said he left his home to purchase food from a nearby barbecue shed. Upon returning he was informed by a relative that he had witnessed the suspect forcing the victim to perform a sexual act.
