Paradise stormed into the top spot of the Barbados Football Association’s Kotex Women’s League after a stunning 16-0 demolition of Whitehall, climbing three places in the standings with one of the competition’s biggest wins.
Playing at the BFA’s Technical Centre in Wildey on Saturday, Tekoa Hope-Downes led the rout with four goals, while Solange Holford added a hattrick.
Reeann Hinkson-Browne, Acacia Small and Keena Barrow all grabbed two goals apiece, while the Dover-based club got additional goals from Denea Payne, Shanice Stevenson and Soraya Toppin-Herbert.
