A grand jury in the United States will reportedly not bring criminal charges against anyone in connection with the death of Mississippi teenager Nolan Wells, who was found dead after a boating trip on July 4, 2026, according to media reports.
According to a BBC report, Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath said the grand jury indicated there was not enough evidence to charge someone with a crime in the death of Wells.
âThere is absolutely no evidence to support the allegations that Nolanâs death and disappearance were racially motivated,â Myers McIlrath was quoted as saying by the BBC.
