The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) has launched a probe into the fatal shooting of a man by the police in Grants Pen, St Andrew, on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old labourer Useph Blackwood, a resident of the community.
Reports are that about 3:40 a.m. on Wednesday, a police team armed with a search warrant went to the community in search of a man.
