There’s no undue delay.
Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Roger Gaspard has provided this explanation to the High Court regarding the delay in filing an indictment against Earl Richards, one of several individuals accused in the murder of senior counsel Dana Seetahal.
Richards, along with Rajaee Ali, his two brothers Ishmael and Hamid Ali, Devaughn Cummings, Ricardo Stewart, Gareth Wiseman, Kevin Parkinson, Leston Gonzales and Roget Boucher, is accused of shooting to death the former independent senator on May 4, 2014, in Woodbrook.
