Angus Eve resigns as T&T Women’s coach

Head coach An­gus Eve has re­signed from all coach­ing re­spon­si­bil­i­ties with the Trinidad and To­ba­go Se­nior Women’s Na­tion­al Team.

In a let­ter dat­ed Oc­to­ber 19 ad­dressed to Di­rec­tor of the Women’s Na­tion­al Team, Jinelle James, Eve said his de­ci­sion came af­ter care­ful con­sid­er­a­tion. He ex­pressed grat­i­tude for the op­por­tu­ni­ty to serve un­der the Trinidad and To­ba­go Foot­ball As­so­ci­a­tion (TTFA) and thanked his coach­ing staff for their sup­port.

Eve stat­ed he is will­ing to as­sist with a smooth tran­si­tion, in­clud­ing pro­vid­ing guid­ance to his suc­ces­sor. He al­so in­di­cat­ed his open­ness to fu­ture col­lab­o­ra­tion with the TTFA if called up­on.
