PORT OF SPAIN City Corporation alderman Wayne Griffith, 62, said he continues to experience 'trauma' after he was assaulted by a group of 'belligerent' Tranquillity Government Secondary School students on May 6.
He also said that he has to visit a doctor today for a damaged tendon on his left leg.
In a telephone interview yesterday, Griffith said: 'I'm still on the mend. I'm still traumatised. My body is not accustomed to getting that kind of hit. After a while, you will recognise and it takes some time to heal. I have a damaged tendon on my left leg. I am still hobbling.'
