Vincentian Jace Oswald Baptiste, who took advantage of Barbadosā free movement policy, could be sent back home after he was released into the custody of immigration officials by the District āAā Magistratesā Court yesterday.
Baptiste, a 20-year-old labourer, who was living at London Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael, was back in court yesterday after he had previously pleaded guilty to stealing a chain and a ring, belonging to Henry Thomas, on December 15, 2025.
An immigration official, who was present in court, revealed the self-confessed thief was āone of those Free Movement entriesā.
