A lit­tle more than two weeks away from re­tir­ing and amid ru­mours about the na­ture of his fi­nal for­eign trip as Prime Min­is­ter, Dr Kei­th Row­ley with a gen­uine, beam­ing smile held his wife, Sharon Row­ley, close­ly in a pic­ture he shared on his Face­book page yes­ter­day.

The well-dressed cou­ple took the pic­ture with a back­drop of a Cal­i­for­nia wa­ter­front.
