Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley and wife Sharon left for California, USA on Thursday in what the Office of the Prime Minister described as a "private trip"
The Minister of Energy Stuart Young will act as Prime Minister until Dr Rowley's return.
The announcement of Dr. Rowley's trip was made at midnight by the Office of the Prime Minister.
